HotelNjoy launches new international hotel supply through a 
partnership with Expedia 

 

HotelNjoy, the domestic and international hotel sales and marketing company, owned by Matei, has signed a partnership with Expedia Affiliate Network (EAN) to incorporate Expedia’s extensive global hotel product to its site www.hotelnjoy.com

The partnership sees Expedia taking over as the sole provider of hotel product to users of www.hotelnjoy.com, meaning direct consumers, business travellers and travel agencies will have booking access to more than 100,000 properties world wide. This extensive selection includes properties of all star rating, boutique and individual hotels, self catering options and guesthouses and covers all major global chains such as Marriott, Hilton, Accor, Carlson, Starwood, Global Hyatt, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and the Peninsula Group.

We worked in collaboration with HotelNjoy to develop and integrate a bespoke solution tailored to their customer needs.” 

As part of the partnership, users of www.hotelnjoy.com have access to the full functionality enjoyed by Expedia’s direct consumers, including extensive hotel imagery, birds-eye mapping of properties, in-depth hotel information, location details and 360 degree virtual tours. Users will also benefit from real time availability and booking confirmation as well as operational expertise. In addition, users will be able to share their travel experiences and photos in the HotelNjoy community forum, further enriching the customer experience. Those that change their minds on bookings will also be able to cancel their stays up to 24hrs before arrival and in Japan and the US this extends to 12noon on the day of arrival.

To mark the commencement of the partnership, HotelNjoy will be launching a number of customer incentives including prize draws, double mileage awards and free travel insurance.

HotelNjoy has also recently completed a partnership with Asiana Airline to supply hotel booking to their website increasing visibility in Korea for the brand and maximizing the potential of the EAN partnership.
