What functionality will I lose?

No functionality will be available after the decommission date; meaning no package, air, or car booking paths will be available. You have the option of transitioning to the new online hotel booking engine, Chameleonor building your site using our new Hotel API. In the meantime, rest assured disruption to your customers will be minimized. If you have existing customer bookings that are booked and not yet stayed, customers will be able to get support for their reservations via our call centers. They can find the appropriate phone number to call in their confirmation email or when they try to look up their itinerary on the partner site.
