Why am I seeing an error when I send an XML parameter to receive hotel package rates?
There are a few reasons why a partner might see an error message: a) a partner has not been set up to use the product; b) a partner is set up for hotel package rates but is not passing the parameter correctly; c) if a partner selects to receive “package rates only” , which may limit the inventory availability.
