Why is EAN decommissioning WWTE?

At EAN we are dedicated to delivering market leading travel solutions to our partners, enabling them to provide the best service and travel experiences to their customers. This year was our biggest ever in terms of new technology being delivered to our partners. The new EAN travel platform offers partners a new online hotel booking engine (Chameleon) and a new improved Hotel API. These are the result of significant development investments by EAN and represent unprecedented new opportunities for partners to monetize their online traffic through hotel bookings. Whilst we would like to offer this same level of innovation to all our partners, it’s becoming harder to support WWTE in a way thatupholds our service commitments to partners. So for this reason we have made the decision to transition all partners off the legacy WWTE platform and on to the new EAN travel platform.
